I work hands-on across UX, UI, and visual craft, staying close to the work from early exploration through to delivery. I collaborate closely with product, engineering, research, and stakeholders to shape clear, usable experiences, especially when problems are complex and pace matters, continually adapting process and tooling, including AI, to improve speed and effectiveness.

Alongside hands-on design, I operate as a Design Lead, setting the quality bar through the work itself while supporting and guiding other designers through critique, collaboration, and direction. I lead through design decisions, clarity of direction, and ownership. I take pride in raising confidence, craft, and consistency across the team.
